Consultations with a holistic approach

The architecture of your conscious maturity — and of your results. Depth psychotherapy and an original method for those who want to step out of repeating scenarios, find inner footing and become the author of their own life.

I help you move to a new level of thinking, build a more integrated version of yourself, uncover the patterns that block you, and come through a crisis in relationships and career

The aim is not to become someone else. It is to become more yourself.

About me

Natalia Kustova

For more than 18 years I have accompanied people through deep transformations and helped them build a stable, mature architecture for their own lives.

My approach to the psyche differs conceptually from mass-market counselling. My first academic training was a master’s degree in inorganic chemistry. I also spent five years doing scientific research at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and I have scientific publications in respected academic journals. That fundamental scientific background shaped my systemic, structural thinking.

I see the human psyche not as a set of abstract emotions, but as an extremely complex, multidimensional system with its own logic, connections and regularities.

In my practice I combine analytical precision with the fundamental legacy of psychoanalysis and depth psychology. I have given up superficial instruments in favour of consulting based on my own original method.

This methodology turns the uncompromising depth of analytical psychology into a clear, applied system. It makes it possible not merely to work with consequences, but to deconstruct the very root causes of your life scenarios.

My approach to clients

My clients are people who have already achieved a great deal and have real life experience, but who are looking for new meaning, clean contact and intellectual partnership. What matters most to them is a space with no room for judgement, templates or chaotic advice.

My task is to become your guide and your analytical mirror in the process of self-awareness. To help you rethink the system of your relationships with yourself and with the world, so that you can rely on your own authenticity and become a conscious author of your life.

Our work together is the calibration of your individual compass. It is a real impulse towards change for people who feel they have hit the ceiling of their own possibilities, relationships or self-understanding.

We do not simply talk about problems, but examine the architecture of your personality.

  • How do you find your place in life, for real growth and harmony?
  • How do you become the author of your own life?
  • Where do you draw the energy to realise your goals?
  • Why do you choose scenarios that make you suffer or keep you standing still?

I offer a safe space for your deeper awareness, and a gentle but structured interpretation of the possible ways forward towards positive change for you.

This is your path from automatic reactions to conscious choice.

The method

Not to “break” yourself. To find the footing from which change becomes possible.

I do not work with a person as with a set of problems to be fixed.

My approach starts from a different principle: real change begins not when we force ourselves to become someone else, but when we start to understand ourselves more deeply and find inner footing for moving forward.

My original method combines the Jungian approach, work with the unconscious, and practical psychotherapeutic instruments.

Its foundation is deep work with a person’s inner structure and with their relationships with the world.

We do not limit ourselves to a single symptom or situation. We explore what lies beneath the surface: inner conflicts, patterns, beliefs, desires, fears, modes of attachment, reactions and decision-making mechanisms.

The primary focus in my method is relationships — as the main space in which a person’s inner structure shows itself.

It is through relationships with oneself, with close people, with society and with one’s own work that we can see how a person lives themselves out, what determines their choices, and where the inner limitations arise.

We work not only with what is happening, but also with why it happens in exactly this way and what stands behind it.

From awareness to inner restructuring

A deep understanding of yourself is not, in itself, the end point.

That is why my work combines analysis and practice. We uncover unconscious scenarios and inner contradictions, examine the way you build relationships, make decisions and react to events — and gradually create a new point of support.

This makes it possible not merely to gain a new explanation of yourself, but to change the way you live your own life.

We work so that you can:

  • see your own patterns instead of being governed by them
  • understand your feelings, needs and inner conflicts better
  • form more conscious reactions and decisions
  • restore contact with your own desires and values
  • build inner footing instead of a constant dependence on external reference points
  • widen the space of your own possibilities and choices

Energetic capacity

There is a distinct concept in my approach — energetic capacity.

I use it to describe how far a person is able to be present in their own life: to feel, to act, to hold tension, to realise desires, to build relationships, to create and to stay in contact with themselves.

Increasing energetic capacity is not about constantly “doing more”.

It is about a greater availability of vital force in everyday life: more inner resource for activity, more capacity to hold difficult experiences, more freedom to act — and less energy spent on inner struggle.

When part of your inner strength stops being spent on unconscious conflicts and repeating scenarios, more space for living appears.

For work. For creativity. For relationships. For desires. For choice.

Authenticity as a direction

The aim of my work is not to lead you towards some “correct” image of yourself.

On the contrary — it is to restore contact with your own nature, desires, feelings and values, so that your decisions increasingly match you, and not only the expectations of your environment or long-established scenarios.

Authenticity, for me, is not the idea of “being yourself” in an abstract sense.

It is the ability to understand yourself, to hold yourself, to build mature relationships, to make your own choices and to take responsibility for the direction of your life.

Who this approach is for

This approach can be especially relevant for people who feel they are ready for a deeper level of work with themselves.

For those who want to:

  • understand themselves and the mechanisms of their own behaviour better
  • step out of repeating scenarios
  • build stable inner footing
  • increase their energetic capacity and feel more vital force
  • build mature partnership and social relationships
  • realise themselves in professional and creative work
  • feel more freedom in their own decisions
  • move from living life automatically to conscious authorship

We move at your pace, but we do not lose the direction. I work attentively with your request, while keeping space for whatever opens up along the way.

The foundation of my approach

  • DepthThe Jungian tradition and analytical work with the unconscious help to see the hidden regularities of inner life.
  • RelationshipsFour spheres of relationship — with yourself, with a partner, with society and with your own work — form the map through which we explore psychic structure and quality of life.
  • StructureWe do not simply immerse ourselves in experience; we build a clear system of coordinates: what is happening, why it is happening, and where you want to move.
  • PracticeAwareness has to change real life. So deep work is complemented by concrete psychotherapeutic instruments and by carrying the new experience into everyday life.
  • ContactWithout judgement, standardisation or ready-made recipes. At the centre of the work is a living person, their unique experience and their own path.

My method is a movement from the unconscious to the conscious, from inner conflict to footing, from automatic scenarios to freedom of choice.

Not to become someone else. To become more yourself.

How I work

Deeply, attentively and with structure

For me, psychotherapy is a space in which you can explore yourself honestly, without being judged and without having to meet anyone else’s expectations.

We move from the request you bring today towards a deeper understanding of what stands behind it: your reactions, feelings, needs, inner contradictions and repeating scenarios.

I do not hand out ready-made answers, and I do not decide for you how life should be lived.

My task is to help you see more, to understand the connections between your inner processes and your actions, and to find your own point of footing from which change becomes possible.

How the work unfolds

  1. We establish what you are coming with

We start with what matters to you right now: relationships, professional fulfilment, a difficult choice, an inner state, a crisis, or the sense that you are stuck in a repeating scenario.

A request cannot always be put into precise words straight away. That is normal. Its clarity often emerges in the course of the work itself.

  2. We explore what is happening

We look not only at the situation itself, but at the way you live through it.

    • What are you feeling?
    • How do you react?
    • What do you want?
    • What are you avoiding?
    • What is happening in your relationships?
    • Which thoughts and inner contradictions shape your decisions?

Through questions, analysis and reflection, the inner logic of what is happening gradually becomes visible.

  3. We notice patterns and unconscious scenarios

We examine recurring ways of reacting, choosing and relating to other people.

What once looked like coincidence, or “just my character”, may turn out to be part of a particular scenario.

I draw on the Jungian approach, work with the unconscious, psychotherapeutic concepts and practical instruments whenever they help to understand your situation more clearly.

  4. We widen the view

Once we begin to see our own mechanisms, it becomes possible to look at the situation more broadly.

We explore the possible causes of your reactions, the link between inner experience and behaviour, and the needs, fears or beliefs that may stand behind your habitual ways of acting.

This is not a search for one “correct” cause. It is the gradual forming of a more integrated understanding of yourself.

  5. We find inner footing

Understanding has to become footing for real life.

So we look not only for explanations, but for what you can rely on in your decisions: your own values, needs, desires, boundaries and the capacity to hold difficult experience.

Gradually, more space appears between an automatic reaction and your choice.

  6. We define the next step

At the close of the work it matters to understand what has become clearer for you, and what you want to do with it.

    Together we can identify:

    • the key realisations that opened up during the work
    • what is worth continuing to explore
    • possible ways of acting differently
    • a concrete next step that fits you specifically

I do not make decisions for you, and I do not tell you what is “right”.

My task is to help you arrive at your own decision — one grounded not in an automatic scenario, but in a better understanding of yourself.

There is structure in this process, but no ready-made route

Your path cannot be reduced in advance to a set of universal steps.

We may start from a concrete situation and arrive at a far deeper understanding of yourself. Or the other way round — start from a sense of inner uncertainty and gradually find what stands behind it.

I work attentively with your request, while keeping space for whatever opens up along the way.

With direction, with structure, and with respect for your own pace.

Concept

To know yourself ‒ means to discover the source of inner strength within you.
