The method

Not to “break” yourself. To find the footing from which change becomes possible.

I do not work with a person as with a set of problems to be fixed.

My approach starts from a different principle: real change begins not when we force ourselves to become someone else, but when we start to understand ourselves more deeply and find inner footing for moving forward.

My original method combines the Jungian approach, work with the unconscious, and practical psychotherapeutic instruments.

Its foundation is deep work with a person’s inner structure and with their relationships with the world.

We do not limit ourselves to a single symptom or situation. We explore what lies beneath the surface: inner conflicts, patterns, beliefs, desires, fears, modes of attachment, reactions and decision-making mechanisms.

The primary focus in my method is relationships — as the main space in which a person’s inner structure shows itself.

It is through relationships with oneself, with close people, with society and with one’s own work that we can see how a person lives themselves out, what determines their choices, and where the inner limitations arise.

IIIIIIIV WITH YOURSELF WITH YOUR PARTNER WITH SOCIETY WITH REALISATION YOU
Four vectors of relationship in which the inner structure shows itself: with yourself, your partner, society and your realisation.

We work not only with what is happening, but also with why it happens in exactly this way and what stands behind it.

From awareness to inner restructuring

A deep understanding of yourself is not, in itself, the end point.

That is why my work combines analysis and practice. We uncover unconscious scenarios and inner contradictions, examine the way you build relationships, make decisions and react to events — and gradually create a new point of support.

This makes it possible not merely to gain a new explanation of yourself, but to change the way you live your own life.

We work so that you can:

  • see your own patterns instead of being governed by them
  • understand your feelings, needs and inner conflicts better
  • form more conscious reactions and decisions
  • restore contact with your own desires and values
  • build inner footing instead of a constant dependence on external reference points
  • widen the space of your own possibilities and choices

Energetic capacity

There is a distinct concept in my approach — energetic capacity.

I use it to describe how far a person is able to be present in their own life: to feel, to act, to hold tension, to realise desires, to build relationships, to create and to stay in contact with themselves.

Increasing energetic capacity is not about constantly “doing more”.

It is about a greater availability of vital force in everyday life: more inner resource for activity, more capacity to hold difficult experiences, more freedom to act — and less energy spent on inner struggle.

When part of your inner strength stops being spent on unconscious conflicts and repeating scenarios, more space for living appears.

Energetic capacity: when energy stops draining into inner struggle and unconscious conflicts, more of it becomes available for living.

For work. For creativity. For relationships. For desires. For choice.

Authenticity as a direction

The aim of my work is not to lead you towards some “correct” image of yourself.

On the contrary — it is to restore contact with your own nature, desires, feelings and values, so that your decisions increasingly match you, and not only the expectations of your environment or long-established scenarios.

Authenticity, for me, is not the idea of “being yourself” in an abstract sense.

It is the ability to understand yourself, to hold yourself, to build mature relationships, to make your own choices and to take responsibility for the direction of your life.

Who this approach is for

This approach can be especially relevant for people who feel they are ready for a deeper level of work with themselves.

For those who want to:

  • understand themselves and the mechanisms of their own behaviour better
  • step out of repeating scenarios
  • build stable inner footing
  • increase their energetic capacity and feel more vital force
  • build mature partnership and social relationships
  • realise themselves in professional and creative work
  • feel more freedom in their own decisions
  • move from living life automatically to conscious authorship

We move at your pace, but we do not lose the direction. I work attentively with your request, while keeping space for whatever opens up along the way.

The foundation of my approach

  • DepthThe Jungian tradition and analytical work with the unconscious help to see the hidden regularities of inner life.
  • RelationshipsFour spheres of relationship — with yourself, with a partner, with society and with your own work — form the map through which we explore psychic structure and quality of life.
  • StructureWe do not simply immerse ourselves in experience; we build a clear system of coordinates: what is happening, why it is happening, and where you want to move.
  • PracticeAwareness has to change real life. So deep work is complemented by concrete psychotherapeutic instruments and by carrying the new experience into everyday life.
  • ContactWithout judgement, standardisation or ready-made recipes. At the centre of the work is a living person, their unique experience and their own path.

My method is a movement from the unconscious to the conscious, from inner conflict to footing, from automatic scenarios to freedom of choice.
